We had a wonderful time. Traveled through WI. MN, SD,WY, ID, MT, CO, IA, NE, & IL. John only has 2 states he hasn't been to yet. I hadn't been to most of the ones we were in. We saw cows, horses, buffalo, coyote, elk, deer & antelope. This is one of my favorite pictures.
The only bad part of the trip was it got cold. It was hard for me riding the bike all bundled up. I wasn't as comfortable. On the morning we were packing up to leave there was ice on the windshield on the bike. It was supposed to get down to 27. There was snow on some of the mountains as we were driving out.
We would like to go back again next year. Combine it with Utah. We will have to see.

"Utah on your next trip"...is that one of the 2 states your husband hasnt been to? if not, then what are the 2 states? just curious :)

Sounds like you had a great time. We'll be heading out to Utah next summer. Our Air Force and his family is stationed out that way. It's a gorgeous state.
